Brian Elam has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 1999, following his graduation from Campbell University School of Law. After two years with a large, multi-state firm, Brian chose to focus his practice on real estate law.
He spent a decade building his own practice before founding Innovative Closing Solutions as a natural extension of that work — a firm dedicated exclusively to real estate closings. Brian specializes in assisting real estate investors, with deep experience across residential and commercial transactions, including contracts-for-deed, seller financing, private and hard money loans, and self-directed IRA transactions.
With his knowledge of the intricacies of North Carolina real estate law, Brian and his team know how to solve virtually any problem that comes up in a transaction — with practical, straightforward solutions, statewide.
