Brian Elam is the founder of Innovative Closing Solutions. He has been licensed to practice law since 1999, after graduating from Campbell University School of Law. After two years with a large, multi-state firm, Brian realized he wanted to focus on real estate law. He has been on his own for ten years, helping clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions. He specializes in assisting real estate investors.
Innovative Closing Solutions is a natural extension of his former law practice, being able to focus exclusively on the aspect of law that clients need to be efficient and effective – real estate closings. With his knowledge of the intricacies of real estate law, Brian knows how to solve virtually any problem that could come up with practical solutions.

Based in our headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC, the process starts with Marianne, and she will likely be the first person you speak with. She is the one who opens a new transaction file, begins the process of obtaining the Title search, interfaces with our Paralegal, communicates with the various parties involved in the transaction, and sets the closing date. Her administrative and client services skills are second to none, as all of our clients will say.

Amy brings 18 years of Paralegal experience to our real estate closing clients, having completed her training and certification at Guildford Technical Community College. Amy researches and prepares the necessary documents required at closing.
Our streamlined process allows us to continually drive the transaction to closing as efficiently and quickly as possible without sacrificing accuracy, often within a week.
